Over the past year, I've been focused on designing real-world automation infrastructure using AI, workflow orchestration, backend systems, and conversational interfaces. My work combines product thinking with execution building systems that can assign tasks, manage dependencies, automate approvals, handle submissions, and coordinate teams through natural language interactions.
Recently, I designed a WhatsApp-based execution system that converts documents and messages into structured tasks with tracking and manager visibility. This project taught me the power of building systems that live where people already work.
I enjoy solving operational problems, designing scalable systems, and turning complex processes into seamless user experiences.

Before building automation systems, I operated inside one of the most communication-heavy sales environments that exists. Every inefficiency became visible — leads buried in conversations, follow-ups missed, coordination happening manually across WhatsApp threads. Those observations became the foundation for everything I build today.

Cold outreach, pipeline building, and converting prospects across channels.

What it taught me
Sales workflows break without structure
Manual processes create invisible bottlenecks that compound over time.
Follow-ups are where deals die
Most revenue is lost not in pitches but in the silence that follows them.
Communication ≠ coordination
Talking about work and actually executing it are two different operating systems.
Visibility is an operational advantage
Knowing where things stand in real-time changes how fast teams can move.
The systems I build today exist because of this experience. The AI Operations System and Lead Intelligence Engine are direct responses to inefficiencies I watched slow teams down — manually.
